{"id":404,"date":"2025-11-25T16:48:41","date_gmt":"2025-11-25T08:48:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/harizfatah.com\/work\/klccgroupintranet\/?post_type=media-clipping&#038;p=404"},"modified":"2025-12-17T16:49:54","modified_gmt":"2025-12-17T08:49:54","slug":"klccp-stapled-posts-steady-q3-results-declares-higher-dividend","status":"publish","type":"media-clipping","link":"https:\/\/harizfatah.com\/work\/klccgroupintranet\/media-clipping\/klccp-stapled-posts-steady-q3-results-declares-higher-dividend\/","title":{"rendered":"KLCCP Stapled posts steady Q3 results, declares higher dividend"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span class=\"ms-rteThemeFontFace-1 ms-rteFontSize-2\">KUALA LUMPUR: KLCCP Stapled Group reported another &#8220;resilient and stable performance&#8221; for the third quarter ended Sept 30 2025 with revenue at RM429.7 million and pre-tax profit at RM244.6 million.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"ms-rteThemeFontFace-1 ms-rteFontSize-2\">The group declared a dividend of 9.50 sen per stapled security, up 3.3 per cent year-on-year.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"ms-rteThemeFontFace-1 ms-rteFontSize-2\">Its retail segment \u2013 Suria KLCC and the Menara 3 PETRONAS\u00a0retail podium \u2013 delivered RM141.9 million in revenue and RM113.9 million in pre-tax profit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"ms-rteThemeFontFace-1 ms-rteFontSize-2\">While slightly lower year-on-year, the performance was supported by new tenants including RR by Rizman Ruzaini, Vans, Dr. Martens, Timberland, Salomon (Malaysia&#8217;s first open-boutique concept) and Jungle House.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"ms-rteThemeFontFace-1 ms-rteFontSize-2\">Suria KLCC hosted Kuala Lumpur Fashion Week 2025 for the second consecutive year, showcasing over 50 Malaysian designers.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-align: center;\">Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur recorded lower revenue at RM59.8 million and pre-tax of RM6.1 million.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"ms-rteThemeFontFace-1 ms-rteFontSize-2\">The office segment continued to provide a solid anchor through Triple Net Lease and long-term arrangements, posting RM146.3 million in revenue and RM120.9 million in pre-tax profit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"ms-rteThemeFontFace-1 ms-rteFontSize-2\">The management services segment recorded RM102.8 million in revenue and pre-tax profit of RM22.2 million, up 5.2 per cent and 7.6 per cent respectively, driven by planned maintenance and higher car park income.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"ms-rteThemeFontFace-1 ms-rteFontSize-2\">KLCC P Stapled expects to sustain momentum into the final quarter, supported by domestic demand and tourism recovery.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"ms-rteThemeFontFace-1 ms-rteFontSize-2\">Its chief executive officer Datuk Mohd Salem Kailany said while the external environment continues to present challenges, its strong portfolio positions it well to deliver long-term value to its shareholders.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"ms-rteThemeFontFace-1 ms-rteFontSize-2\">Source:\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nst.com.my\/business\/corporate\/2025\/11\/1319258\/klccp-stapled-posts-steady-q3-results-declares-higher-dividend\"><span class=\"ms-rteThemeFontFace-1 ms-rteFontSize-2\">KLCCP Stapled posts steady Q3 results, declares higher dividend<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":405,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false},"class_list":["post-404","media-clipping","type-media-clipping","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/harizfatah.com\/work\/klccgroupintranet\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media-clipping\/404","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/harizfatah.com\/work\/klccgroupintranet\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media-clipping"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/harizfatah.com\/work\/klccgroupintranet\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/media-clipping"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/harizfatah.com\/work\/klccgroupintranet\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/405"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/harizfatah.com\/work\/klccgroupintranet\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=404"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
